Upon placing your order, our team will contact you regarding your order to confirm order details, colours and logo choice.
Our Custom order process is simple!
1. Place your order
2. Email your logo to us
- Format for logo required in the following formats - .DST, .AI, .EPS.
- Don't have your logo in the required format? no problem - our art department can work with you and convert your logo for a fee of $50
- Indicate in the email where you would like the logo to be put i.e. Left chest, right sleeve, etc
3. We will send you a digital proof for your approval
4. You reply "APPROVED!"
5. We embroider and ship your order! Estimated lead time is 1-3 weeks from Approval Date.
